Tracie Puffer
-- Tracie Puffer is the owner/operator of Root Diggin' Nation Herb Co. She is also a Tai Chi and Yoga Instructor as well as a Featured Speaker at my venues and organizations in the area.
Tracie has owned the store since April 2008. She has a husband, Charles and a daughter Morgan.
Tracie is a Certified Family Herbalist through the Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing.

Products We Carry
We strive to carry in our stores the best, freshest and most effective items available in the marketplace. If you visit us and notice that a brand you were normally getting here has been replaced, don't be disappointed. We have probably changed what we carry because we found a better quailty product. We are always looking out for our customer's best needs.

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return a product, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and you must have the original store receipt. You must complete a return item form with your current information. Your rewards points will also be deducted from your account, if applicable.

Refund Policy-Cash
If your original payment was by cash, a refund check will be issued to you within 7 business days.

If your original payment was by check, you are not eligible for a refund until 20 days from date of purchase to allow time for your check to be processed and cleared through the banking system. Once the 20 days has passed, a refund check will be issued to you within 7 business days.

You would be an Independent Contractor and would rent a room in our facility.
