Q: What if I don't have my Reward card when I shop? How will I get my rewards?
An associate will ask for your full name and birthdate. The manager can then manually add your points. Please be aware that this can delay your points being added to your account by 2-3 weeks since this is a manual process.
Q: What if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, you can have another one issued for a small fee. These cards are expensive to the store and are given as a free courtesy to our customers, we ask for a small fee when you need another card issued.
Q: Are any items excluded from earning points?
At this time, all purchases made directly with Root Diggin' Nation qualify for points.
Q: Can two people have cards that earn points together on one rewards account?
Yes, we can issue two cards but link them together to earn points on the same account. Ask an associate for details.
Q: How long do I have to use my coupon when I receive it?
You have 6 months from the date of issue on the coupon to redeem it at our stores.
Q: My reward was emailed to me, do I have to print it out to use it?
Yes, we can only accept a coupon when we physically have it in our hand. This is used on our end for accounting purchases. The complete coupon must print out to be eligible for use.
Q: If I have more than one coupon, can I use all of them at the same time?
No, it states on the coupon only one can be used per visit.
